South Florida-based real estate development firms CMC Group and Fort Partners announced the official groundbreaking of Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove, the highly anticipated luxury development marking the global brand’s first standalone residential offering in Florida. Project officials gathered today to celebrate the start of construction on the building and the opening of the development’s sales gallery. Four Seasons Private Residences Coconut Grove will offer 70 homes ranging from 2,025 to 3,975 square feet, in addition to four penthouse residences spanning up to 9,690 square feet.
