Based on the remarkable success of Four Seasons Hotel Denver and a recent refinancing of the entire project, and as part of a long-term strategic plan to make the residential element as successful as the Hotel, new pricing has been unveiled effective immediately.

Pricing is now at levels not seen in Denver for many years. In a move that significantly changes the luxury market in Denver, many prices have been reset to almost half of where they had been previously. Spacious two bedroom homes are now priced starting below USD 800,000 and the incredible half-floor Estate homes have seen their prices reduced by as much as USD 3,000,000.
