Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas Tops Out Both Towers, Reaching $950 Million in Sales

Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas has topped out both its North and South towers, a major construction milestone for the dual-tower development in the MacDonald Highlands community of Henderson, Nevada. The project has reached $950 million in total sales, with 148 of its 171 residences under contract ahead of an anticipated Q4 2027 completion.

Developed by Azure Resorts & Hotels in partnership with Luxus Developments and Two Roads Development, the 24- and 25-story towers were designed by Wimberly Allison Tong & Goo (WATG) and are being built by general contractor Suffolk. Construction is progressing rapidly, with glass installation now underway to make both towers weathertight so interior finish work can advance. With 23 residences remaining, the development team anticipates a sellout before completion.

“We’ve seen strong global demand from buyers who recognize the rare opportunity to own a Four Seasons residence in Las Vegas as the city continues to solidify its position as a sophisticated luxury market,” said Jim Reilly, president of Azure Resorts & Hotels. “Topping out the North and South towers is a significant milestone as the community takes shape, bringing together thoughtful design, five-star hospitality and long-term value.”

Residences range from two to five bedrooms, with 2,300 to 8,400 square feet of interior space and up to 3,500 square feet of outdoor living space. Every home is oriented toward views of the Las Vegas Strip and the McCullough Range. Features include semi-private elevators, private garages and fully furnished options by Wimberly Interiors in collaboration with RH Contract. Penthouses, junior penthouses and select garden residences include private plunge pools.

“Topping out both towers is a defining milestone for Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas and a testament to the strength of the vision and team behind it,” said Reid Boren, managing partner of Two Roads Development. “With over 85% of residences sold, we’re proud of the momentum we’ve built and excited to see the project continue to take shape as we move closer to delivering an elevated residential experience.”

Residents will have access to 90,000 square feet of private amenities, including four pools with private cabanas, a Four Seasons Fitness & Wellness Center, pickleball courts, spa treatment rooms, a golf simulator, a screening room, and kids' and teens' lounges with programming by Kids for All Seasons. Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group will serve as the exclusive culinary partner, anchored by a signature restaurant in the North Tower with panoramic skyline views. A dedicated Director of Residences will oversee 24-hour concierge, security and Four Seasons residential services. The property is about 15 minutes from the Strip and 10 miles from Harry Reid International Airport.

“With a wide range of residences offering distinct layouts, expansive indoor-outdoor living and private amenities, Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas introduces a first-of-its-kind residential offering in Henderson,” said Craig Eddins, executive vice president of Four Seasons Private Residences Las Vegas. “As the project moves closer to completion, we invite prospective buyers to explore the remaining residences and discover what makes this offering so unique.”
