A new app from Ibiza pairs AI travel search with a network of verified concierges, so a traveler can book the flight and the beach club table in the same place.
Picture a long weekend in Ibiza. The flight and the hotel take a few minutes on any booking site. The rest of the list is harder. You want a boat for Saturday afternoon, a table at a beach club that is already full, a driver who knows the island, and maybe a villa for the friends flying in on Friday. That part of a trip usually runs on phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and whoever you happen to know.
The Concierge is built for both halves of that list. The app, based in Ibiza and available now on iPhone, uses AI search for the bookable parts of a trip and sends everything else to a marketplace of verified independent concierges, who compete to arrange it.
Ask the app for a flight, a hotel, a rental car, or a private jet, and its AI assistant comes back with prices and booking links. There is no concierge fee on these bookings, and you pay the price shown. Private jets come up in the same search as commercial flights.
Founder Ivaylo Sieme built the booking flow to be quick to use. “All bookings are voice and AI guided to make things easy and fast,” he says.
For a traveler, the value is in skipping the tabs. One conversation with the app can save a morning of jumping between airline sites, hotel listings, and rental counters.
Some requests do not fit a search box. A particular villa. A yacht for the day. A dinner reservation at a restaurant with no tables left. Event access, a VIP table, or something so specific that no website lists it.
In The Concierge, you post that request in the app. It is saved for the concierge network, and verified concierges reply with offers. Each offer is a proposal from a different person, priced for your request on your dates, and you choose the one that suits you.
Sieme describes the range in broad terms. “The customers can post a request on the platform, anything from flowers and trips to luxury cars, VIP tables, or meet and greets with stars, and the concierges make them offers,” he says.
The app’s own list covers the everyday and the exceptional, from restaurant reservations, chauffeur services, and floral arrangements to private villas, event bookings, and special access. The last category is open, for custom requests that go beyond the standard menu.
The difference for the traveler is choice. Working with a single concierge means depending on that one person’s contacts in that one city. Here, several concierges can answer the same request. “Instead of depending on a single concierge or searching through dozens of contacts, the customer can compare possible solutions through one platform,” Sieme says.
The Concierge keeps its fees in view. A concierge has to state the fee for arranging a request when making an offer, so you see what the service costs before you accept.
The service itself is usually paid separately. For a VIP table, a jet, or a car, you pay the venue or provider directly at its actual price. The concierge’s fee runs through the app and is released only after you accept the concierge’s delivery, which can be a booking ID, a reservation confirmation, or access credentials. The concierge is paid only for a booking you have already seen.
Both sides of the app are verified. Travelers confirm their identity to register, concierges pass identity and compliance checks, and all messages between them stay inside the app.
Sieme has worked in technology since 2005, mostly as a freelance consultant on digital projects for companies including Mercedes-AMG, DHL, eBay, and Hugo Boss. At DHL he worked on Saloodo!, a digital freight marketplace that matches shippers with carriers. He has founded and partnered in numerous ventures, and The Concierge is his latest, built around the same idea of matching a request with the right person.
The Concierge can take requests anywhere a service can be booked, so travelers can use it well beyond its home island. It is available now for iPhone on Apple’s App Store, with an Android version scheduled for January 2027.
Back in Ibiza, that long weekend looks different with the app. The flight and the hotel are booked through the AI in a few minutes. The boat, the beach club table, and the villa go out as requests, and the offers come back to the same screen, each with its fee shown up front. The traveler picks, pays the venues directly, and spends the rest of the weekend on the island, off the phone.
