Gleneagles Collaborates with Ruinart for Champagne Weekend
Beginning with a culinary demonstration in the morning followed by a sommelier-guided tour of the hallowed Gleneagles cellars, guests will dive into the hotel's legendary past while sipping on some bubbly. In the evening, guests are invited to gather for Champagne and canapés with Frederic, before indulging in a stunning five course banquet dinner in The Ballroom, where each course will be paired with a different Ruinart champagne. The menu, designed by Alan and Frederic, will combine the best of Scotland's larders and the Champagnes of Ruinart.

Rate info: Based on double occupancy, the sparkling weekend costs £775 per room / per night in an estate room, inclusive of the champagne tasting, cellar tour, champagne and canapés reception and five-course banquet dinner in the ballroom, and breakfast.
