Grace Bay Resorts Opens Bookings Today for Rock House, Turks and Caicos

Today, Grace Bay Resorts, the boutique developer and operator of the finest luxury resorts and branded residences in Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands, is opening sales for Rock House, the first residential resort tucked into the rugged, untouched limestone cliffs of Providenciales’ north shore and set to open in spring 2022. Direct bookings can be made here: www.rockhouse.gracebayresorts.com.

Rock House, a Leading Hotels of the World property, will feature 46 oceanfront villa-style residences capturing the allure of hillside European towns like Capri. Crafted by Coast Architects with interiors by AD100 interior designer Shawn Henderson, each free-standing one-and-two-bedroom home will include private pools and outdoor terraces, bathrooms with outdoor private shower gardens, 13-foot vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glass windows and doors to maximize the seductive views of the island’s renowned turquoise waters. Studio suites, all with private terraces, will overlook the 100-foot infinity pool, a focal point of the property.

Set upon a soaring hilltop, Rock House’s signature restaurant will blend into the site’s natural beauty and remoteness while offering dazzling 180-degree views of the archipelago’s barrier reef and Atlantic Ocean. Steps down a 25-foot ancient limestone cliff will lead from the pool to Rock House’s secluded Beach Club at Rock House with oceanfront dining and a 130-foot jetty. Additional amenities include the largest infinity pool in Turks and Caicos and wellness facilities including a spa, yoga pavilion, walking trails and fitness center.

Opening rates at Rock House start at $655 for guests who take advantage of the resort’s opening offer of 30% off the best available rate, which is available for bookings made now through January 30, 2022 for arrivals starting May 1, 2022.
