Grace Santorini’s champagne lounge will reopen this season branded as ‘363’ based on its location 363 meters above sea level. Home to the finest champagnes, cocktails and premium spirits paired with the chef’s signature dishes from the property’s restaurant, Santoro, the newly branded lounge offers an incredible vantage point to take in breathtaking views of the Caldera with a glass of bubbly.

Brand new for this season, Grace Santorini will be partnering with Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon to launch 363 and host ‘Vintages & Vistas’, a series of exclusive champagne events. Commencing this month, Grace Santorini’s Executive Chef, Spyros Agious will collaborate with Brand Ambassador of Dom Pérignon Mikhail Petrov and Moët & Chandon’s Executive Chef Marco Fadiga to create Cyclades-inspired menus of canapés to be paired with select Dom Pérignon and Moët & Chandon labels, including Dom Pérignon P2 1998 and Moët & Chandon’s Grand Vintage Collection 1998. These exclusive tasting events will take place at 363, overlooking the incredible sunset over Santorini’s iconic Caldera and will be followed by a five-course degustation menu with Dom Pérignon vintage pairings at the hotel’s restaurant, Santoro.

New Grace Bespoke Experiences

Each of the Grace Hotels offers Bespoke experiences that are unique to each destination and are centered around themes of culture, gastronomy, adventure, wellbeing and romance. The Greek Grace Hotels properties are debuting the following new Bespoke experiences this summer:

Grace Santorini’s Bespoke Wellness Experience: Guests can find harmony and relaxation with a tailored yoga session from one of the property’s experienced instructors followed by a yoga Thai massage. Finish the experience with a centering meditation session on Scaros rock overlooking the crystal clear water. Available starting June 6 for 230 Euros per person for a 2 1/2 hour session

Grace Mykonos’ From Cove to Catch Experience: Guests will embark on a private, local caïque (traditional fishing boat) as their captain guides them from the Omos cove to the beaches including Psarrou, Paranga, Fragla and more. The captain will find the perfect fishing spot to catch the freshest fish and seafood, which he will then prepare over a rustic beach BBQ for the guests to enjoy. 570 Euros per person, up to 6 people for 5 hour excursion

End the day with Grace Goodnights

To make each guest’s stay even more memorable this season, both Grace Santorini and Grace Mykonos will offer a surprise and delight each night of the week during turndown. Guests will find beautiful trays each evening with surprises like an "H2O Power" kit, complete with energizing facial mist, hyrating facial masks, sparkling water and fresh fruit or an “In Case of Emergency” display with a mixture of milk and dark chocolate served in a glass dome with a wooden hammer, ready to be enjoyed when guests get that late night sweet tooth at Grace Santorini and a curated assortment of teas like the Gods of Olympus and Kentarus Cave, each meant to help guests relax after a long day at Grace Mykonos.
