Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa, a luxurious 605-room resort located on 50 immaculately-landscaped oceanfront acres overlooking Keoneloa Bay, invites guests to embark on a transformative wellness retreat designed to rejuvenate the body and mind. From the moment guests arrive, their experience will be thoughtfully curated to promote mindfulness and renewal. Each guest will work with the Anara Spa team to fully customize their wellness experience based on their specific wellbeing goals and interests. Each day, guests can enjoy three delicious meals prepared by the resort’s talented culinary team, a daily 90-minute spa treatment, daily 60-minute private fitness class or yoga session, and unlimited access to the resort’s schedule of group fitness classes. Itineraries can include: 

• Spa & Relaxation: Each day, guests can select a 90-minute treatment from Anara Spa. Options include the spa’s signature services such as the Lomi Lomi massage, Hawaii’s traditional rhythmic massage designed to release tension, and a lilikoi sugar body polish which uses a gentle and natural exfoliation of Hawaii-grown raw cane sugar, honey, plant extract and tropical oils. Additional selections include reiki, cupping, acupuncture, and more.
• Mindfulness & Movement: Guests can select from private beachside yoga sessions, guided oceanfront walks, a hydrotherapy circuit, mindful warrior workouts, Hatha yoga sessions, and personal training sessions.
• Cultural & Spiritual Practices: The retreat will include traditional activities such as a ho'okupu ceremony where guests will set their intention for their wellbeing journey, a mamaki tea ceremony utilizing Hawaii’s mamaki plant which has been used for centuries for its health benefits and antioxidant properties, or a cacao ceremony where participants drink pure, unprocessed chocolate.
• Educational Workshops: Participants can attend sessions on topics such as Somato-Respiratory Integration where they will use techniques using the body, breath, movement and energy to promote healing and self-awareness; epigenetic lifestyle influences sessions where guests explore how environmental and lifestyle factors affect gene expression; and conscious embodiment practices that focus on building self-awareness and mindfulness.
