Made in Leon, Mexico, the sunhats are 100% cotton and coated with resins and enamels, giving the hat a wavy style while also increasing its durability. Available in a variety of colors, including black, pink, purple, blue, beige and brown, the hats are for use at the resorts and then to take home as a keepsake of a sun-kissed stay. The sunhats are provided complimentary for guests booking a 1,300+ sq. ft. Grand Class, 3,000 sq. ft. Family or 3,900+ sq. ft. Presidential suite at Grand Velas Riviera Nayarit or Grand Velas Riviera Maya. The sunhats are also available for guests to purchase in the resort boutiques for $60.
