Gstaad Palace Celebrates 100th Anniversary with Special Offers

One of the last family-owned Palaces, Gstaad Palace began welcoming guests on December 8, 1913. Located on a hilltop near the heart of Gstaad, the hotel has been managed for 75 years by the Scherz family. Whatever the weather is across the Bernese Oberland, warm up inside Gstaad Palace with a signature Scherz-Cocktail. Anniversary Edition: "100 Years Gstaad Palace"

Gstaad Palace teamed with Zurich-based publisher Orell Füssli to release a special anniversary book marking the hotel's centennial. Filled with history, the grand hotel is brought to life with 100 entertaining stories and anecdotes which portray the characters that live and work within the 100 year-old building. There are numerous photographs that show the glamour of the Palace over 200 pages and there is also a chapter dedicated to the family's visions for the future.
