Guest Registry Links History to Present at The Greenbrier
A new Guest Book is also available for guests to carry on the tradition and become a part of The Greenbrier's rich history by creating a permanent record of their visit. The registry hasn't been available for guests in decades, but the Birthday Celebration served as the perfect occasion for its return.
“We are extremely proud of our history, but we're even more focused on new guests that come every day to experience The Greenbrier for the first time,” said Jim Justice, Owner and CEO, The Greenbrier. “The guest book is the perfect way to bridge those two groups together.”

Among the signatures included in the VIP guest registry are those of United States Senator Barry Goldwater, British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher, former United States Presidents George H.W. Bush, Richard Nixon and Bill Clinton, Princess Grace of Monaco and Howard Hughes.

The display will continually be updated to give guests a look at some of the famous guests who have enjoyed stays at The Greenbrier over the years and their impressions of the historic resort.

“Guests books are nothing new in the hospitality industry,” said Jeff Kmiec, President and Managing Director, The Greenbrier. “But taking a look back through ours provides an exciting glimpse into some of the amazing history of The Greenbrier. We greatly value every one of our guests and are proud to have a lasting record of their visits.”
