Halekulani partnered with Steinway Lyngdorf, designer and manufacturer of the world's finest, high performance music and home theater systems, to perpetuate the Masterworks brand philosophy of the hotel and its new signature oasis, the Orchid Suite. The Orchid Suite, masterfully envisioned and designed to integrate Hawaii's unparalleled environs with the suites' casually elegant décor celebrating earth, sea and sky, opened in December 2008 as part of the Premier Suites at Halekulani.

The Model M Speakers installed in the Orchid Suite feature 24 karat gold accents and were hand finished with black piano lacquer at the Steinway & Sons factory in Hamburg, Germany.
