Chef Marco Festini Cromer is the Culinary Director and Executive Chef who will oversee every aspect of the food and beverage offerings. Italian-born Festini brings his years of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants and other luxury hotels and resort across the Caribbean to Hammock Cove, setting the highest standards for the all-inclusive dining experience.
Irina’s, the resort’s main restaurant, offers international favorites for breakfast, lunch and dinner including salads, sandwiches, caviars, Norwegian salmon and light snacks, 24 hours a day.
