As the colder weather spreads across the Northern Hemisphere, international luxury lifestyle and hospitality brand Nikki Beach Global has chilly travelers sorted with sunny escapes across its winter sun destinations.
The Nikki Beach resorts in Koh Samui and Dubai and beach clubs in Saint Barth and Miami Beach are heating up with a series of events, pop-ups and culinary experiences to keep guests warm.
Nikki Beach Saint Barth

Nestled on the beach of Saint-Jean, Nikki Beach Saint Barth will be reopening for the winter season on October 26th. The property boasts a beach club, vibrant restaurant and bar, and a lifestyle boutique stocked with the brand’s curated collection of resort wear. After lounging in the Caribbean sunshine by the beach, guests can stop by the open air restaurant where every table has prime oceanfront views.
Throughout the winter sun season, Nikki Beach Saint Barth will host its signature Amazing Sundays event weekly, offering curated dining and cocktails, as well as Saturday Live every weekend with artist-in-residence Al Sax. The location will also host exciting holiday events including Thanksgiving dinner with special menu items including a Stuffed Turkey Ballotine and Pumpkin Chai Tea, a New Year’s Eve party with a soon-to-be-announced guest DJ, and will participate in the Saint Barth Gourmet Festival (7-12 November) featuring Michelin starred guest chef, Gregory Marchand, who is serving up dishes including a Banka Trout Tartlet, Grilled Red Tuna and a grilled Wagyu Loin.
Nikki Beach Saint Barth was also featured in Los Angeles-based American fine-art photographer and author, Gray Malin’s latest collection focused on the island, which includes several photographs of the beach club.
Nikki Beach Saint Barth will also be unveiling refurbishments to the bar and sushi bar in time for the winter sun season.
Nikki Beach Miami Beach, USA

Miami Beach is home to the original Nikki Beach restaurant and beach club, which celebrated its 25th anniversary this year, and is open all year round for guests to enjoy the South Beach landmark’s concept of Celebrating Life. Capture some winter warmth with a globally inspired menu featuring fresh salads, innovative sushi rolls and locally caught seafood entrees before relaxing on a daybed to the sounds of resident DJs.
Nikki Beach Miami Beach is heating up this winter with a spooky ‘Tarot & Tequila’ for Halloween as well as a night time screening of Twitches on the beach, a holiday lunch with special menu items for Thanksgiving, a ‘Tropical Nutcracker’ night of festivities for Christmas, and a New Year’s Eve party full of colorful blooms and exciting performances to ring in 2024. On New Year’s Eve, the property will host both a seated dinner and group beverage packages for a night filled with performances from a dance troupe, a spellbinding show, and live music amidst lush greenery and a kaleidoscope of vibrant blooms.
In addition to the above, Nikki Beach Miami Beach’s indoor lounge and terrace on the second floor of the property is now open with a fresh new look aligned with Nikki Beach’s iconic aesthetic of white and neutral earth tones with wooden accents. The space, which was previously home to the Pearl Champagne Lounge, is now available exclusively for private events, pop-ups and brand partnerships, and features two full bars, a sound system and adjustable disco lighting. The beach club has also been utilizing the space to host monthly sound bath meditation ceremonies open to the public.
Nikki Beach Miami Beach has also unveiled a redesigned beachfront setup - with luxurious new lounge chairs and umbrellas right by the oceanfront.
Nikki Beach Resort & Spa Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Ring in 2024 with a glittering New Years Eve celebration at Nikki Beach Koh Samui! Starting with a decadent gala dinner, the celebrations will then continue at the beach club where you can party the night (and year) away with resident DJs, sparkling surprises and a stunning midnight fireworks display. The dinner will commence at 7pm and cost 4,900 THB per person (including general admission to the after party) and the after party will kick off at 10pm, costing 1,000THB per person.
