Perched over Star Street with comfortable lounge seating for up to 30 in an elegant garden setting, barcépage is set to become one of the most sought after venues in town for distinguished small gatherings, events and private parties. The venue serves all needs: the city's best wine list, MICHELIN star canapés in a luscious setting - including the perfect spot for smokers and cigar aficionados to relax.

A stylish 'Rooftop Menu' of gastronomic canapés is being served at the venue, complementing spectacular award-winning cuisine and an astonishing wine list at one of Hong Kong's premier fine dining restaurants in addition to the perfect combination of cigars and single malt whiskeys.

Tempting seafood canapés on the menu include: Tiger prawn wrapped in feuille de brick with basil (HK$98) and Loch Fyne smoked salmon with filo cone stuffed with horseradish mousse (HK$148).

Delicious gourmet meat canapés featured are Panko bread crumb-crusted pigeon leg stuffed with foie gras, with black truffle mayonnaise (HK$158); Japanese beef carpaccio with Amalfi lemon, rocket and parmesan (HK$165); and Charcuteria-style Joselito, Salchichon, Longaniza and Jamon 'Gran Reserva' hams with homemade toasted farmer’s bread (HK$150).

Completing the menu are savouries of 'Bella di Cerignola' cheese crackers with green olives (HK$150), Spicy homemade chili pepper stuffed with tuna, with baguette crouton (HK$150); and Comte cheese crouquette with Perigord truffle (HK$88).

CÉPAGE is a wine aficionado's paradise, boasting an expansive collection of over 2,400 wine labels in two spacious, temperature-controlled cellars. Offering fine wines at competitive prices, CÉPAGE's wine cellars house an extravagant wine collection of over HK$20 million including a list of 18 wines by the glass.

Styled after an 18th century French villa, Cepage has quickly established itself as one of Hong Kong's most distinguished fine dining venues, honoured with one star in the latest 2010 MICHELIN Guide to Hong Kong and Macau.

Cuisine is by internationally renowned Chef Thomas Mayr, and one of the finest wine lists in Asia, boasting over 2,400 labels and some of the world's most revered vintages, is overseen by Group Director of Operations Randy See, who was voted 'Sommelier of the Year' for three years running at the annual World Gourmet Summit.
