Hospes Madrid, New Five Star Luxury Hotel Opens in Spain
With its impressive views over the Alcalá Gate and the Retiro Park, the Hospes Madrid now houses a welcome combination of elegance, exclusivity, architecture, fine cuisine and well-being, along with easy access to the intense economic, cultural and artistic activity of the capital city.

The renovation and interior work for the Hospes Madrid was entrusted to the Hospes Design team. The establishment counts 41 rooms, among them a grand suite, a junior suite and four duplex suites. In all of them, the warm tones, the dark-hued fine wood and white marble ensure that the spaces are endowed with abundant light and tranquillity.

To meet and savour the offerings of Senzone, the name encompassing all the group’s culinary spaces, the Hospes Madrid provides multiple options, each with its own style and personality: the culinary restaurant, which surprises its customers with a mix of native upmarket tastes and a contemporary trendy touch; the tapas bar, which revives the spirit of the former Cafetería Independencia; the lounge bar, ideal for long conversations accompanied by magnificent views over the Alcalá Gate; and the chill-out patio, a true oasis in the centre of Madrid.

Guests and visitors seeking complete revitalisation are invited to enter the space created at the Hospes Madrid by Bodyna, which provides the group’s well-being services. The Bodyna Spa is located in a small three-floor building facing the patio and offers a wide range of treatments and oriental and Mediterranean style massages, as well as a fitness room, soundproof relaxation room, pool-jacuzzi, dry sauna, wet sauna and hairdressers. The Bodyna Spa will doubtless become one of the capital’s most reputed revitalisation spaces.

The Hospes Madrid is currently undergoing the soft-opening phase; the definitive opening is scheduled for early November.

With this new opening Hospes Hotels & Moments consolidates an unstoppable process of national and international expansion, as evidenced by its nine operating establishments: Hospes Lancaster, in París; Hospes Palau de la Mar, in Valencia; Hospes Maricel, in Mallorca; Hospes las Casas del Rey de Baeza, in Seville; Hospes Palacio de los Patos, in Granada; Hospes Palacio del Bailío, in Córdoba; Hospes Amérigo, in Alicante; Hospes Villa Paulita, in Puigcerdà, and the recently opened Hospes Madrid. The aim of Hospes is to achieve a portfolio of 30 establishments in Europe over the next ten years.
