De L'Europe's high level of personalized service is elevated with the addition of a private butler, attending to the needs of each host and facilitating all requests.

De L'Europe is a favorite gathering place for a new generation of movers and shakers, fashion glitterati, A-list celebrities and the city's power elite. Centrally located in the city, De L'Europe is ideal for board meetings, conferences, weddings, parties, social and corporate events. More than 600 square meters of event space fusing state-of-the-art technology (including high-speed Internet access and full A/V services) and chic furnishings provoke the mind and spirit. Timeless atmosphere imparts sophistication and authority to any occasion. Most of the rooms stream in natural daylight, and overlook the Amstel River. Highlights of the seven private event venues include:

Heinekenkamer
The Heinekenkamer Room overlooks the Amstel Canal and its design is inspired by the famous Heineken Beer colors: walls are painted in tonal green hues, the carpet and curtains are a subdued Heineken green. Old meets new: the room features an Heineken beer-tap, ‘mini bar' that can be stocked with personalized beverage selections, plus state-of-the-art in-room technology. Measuring 90 square meters, Heinekenkamer is used for larger meetings. This room is amenable to U-shape set up, cocktail receptions for 100 guests when combined with the private adjacent foyer bar, and festive parties for 60 with room to accommodate a band and dinner seating.

Spiegelkamer
The Spiegelkamer Room is named for the large mirrors adorning this room's interior. Overlooking the Amstel Canal, additional space is created via a connecting sliding door to an adjacent private bar with balcony. Circles of tiny lights built into the ceiling add sparkles of glamour to the soft and harmonious jasmine-green hues enveloping guests in a classical ambiance. Spiegelkamer is a top choice for gala dinners, wedding ceremonies and high teas. Spiegelkamer measures 96 square meters and can accommodate a cocktail reception of 100 guests or 60 for a seated dinner.

Keizerskamer
Reminiscent of an historic Dutch library, the Keizerskamer Room faces Nieuwe Doelenstraat. Dark wooden bookshelves filled with translations from famous Dutch authors align the walls, reaching from the floor's genuine Dutch 'Delft's-blauw' carpet to its high ceiling. The Keizerskamer is perfect for book signings and readings; corporate presentations; private dining and celebretory Champagne toasts. Its cultural setting is suitable for intimate art auctions and lectures. Keizerskamer measures 98 square meters and accommodates a cocktail reception of 100 guests or 40 for a seated banquet.

Brouwerskamer
The Brouwerskamer is the official De L'Europe boardroom at a size of 40 square meters with a maximum capacity of 12 persons. The modern purple interior accentuates the twinkling handmade Venetian glass chandelier dominating the room. An oval glass table, high leather chairs and leather writing blocks provide five-star comfort and style. The Brouwerskamer is used frequently for video conferencing via its built-in flat screen and for private meetings, lunches and dinners: the room has its own built-in 'mini' bar – which can be filled with beverages customized for the group's preferences – and self-service Nespresso coffee & tea access when privacy is a must.

New Event Rooms in Development
The iconic authentic Dutch brown bar residing in the new Herenkamer Room makes it De L'Europe's only room with a permanent bar. Wooden walls and ceilings create a cocoon for guests with golden pillars accentuating the warm colors of the surroundings. From product launches and presentations to wedding receptions, the space features two built-in screens to accommodate all viewpoints in the room. The Prinsenkamer is destined to become one of the city's most buzzed about venues for parties, weddings and grand dinner parties. Addionally, the new Amstelkamer room will open in the Rondeel building overlooking the Amstel.

Opened in 1896 and forever synonymous with refined taste and quiet elegance, hotel De L'Europe is often referred to as the other “Royal Palace of Amsterdam,” continuing to attract the city's power menagerie and an assortment of the world's most celebrated names. As a member of Leading Hotels of the World, it's internationally regarded as one of the group's most iconic properties: the distinctive décor sets it apart, surrounding visitors with original Dutch Masters paintings donated by Alfred “Freddy” Heineken. The hotel with its 111 rooms including 23 suites, six dining and cocktail lounge options, seven meetings and events venues, plus a spectacular indoor pool with eye-level water views, is located on the Amstel River in Amsterdam's center, and is convenient to several of the world's most heralded museums and the city's points of interest.
