The AAA Diamond rating process is North America's premier hotel rating program which includes approximately 32,000 hotels throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Based on information provided by full-time professional evaluators and member feedback, AAA rates only those properties approved for quality standards.

AAA awards Four Diamond status to properties based on physical attributes that reflect an obvious enhanced level of quality throughout and fundamental hallmarks that include an extensive array of amenities combined with a high degree of hospitality, service and attention to detail.

Hotel Ella, which is currently under renovation, will reopen its doors this September in downtown Austin.
