Hotel Hassler Roma Launches Afternoon Tea in the Salone Eva
The Hotel Hassler Roma atop the Spanish Steps has just launched a unique Afternoon Tea service in its Salone Eva, an elegant salon frequented by Roman clientele and hotel guests alike. Served every afternoon from 3pm to 7pm, it features a wide variety of fresh, organic teas and home-made pastries.

Guests can enjoy the ritual ritual of seeing the Salone Eva's Maitre prepare the tea, which includes the use of a silver samovar, porcelain teapot and an hourglass that indicates the optimal soaking time. Varieties of tea include mango, white tea with Tulsi, green tea with rosebuds, and Rooibos, plum, lemon and ginger.

Pricing for the tasting selection is €28 (approx. US$35.50), à la carte teas served with home-made biscuits and pastries start at €12.50 (approx. US$15.85)
