Aspen’s crown jewel, Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection, has introduced the most luxurious and cozy NEW outdoor dining experiences in their courtyard setting with après menus for guests and locals.
Jerome Domes are new bungalows that will keep guests covered from the snowfall in style with chic cowhide rugs, leather chairs and couches, and a whole lot of luxury. Galanter & Jones outdoor heated furniture is exclusive to Hotel Jerome. The heated lounge furniture soothes muscles after a morning on the slopes and keeps guests warm as they après the day away making it the hottest spot in town. The après experience is comfortable and cozy, as the chair’s ergonomic shape and adjustable temperature allows for hours of lounging. While in the hot seat, guests can enjoy a beverage menu that includes coffee with ancho chiles and chocolate, and an Aperol spritz with Japanese yuzu and sparkling sake.
To further elevate the experience, Hotel Jerome, Auberge Resorts Collection has partnered with Casa Dragones for a customized tequila menu featuring exotic tequila-based cocktails for guests to sip & be seen. Make sure to try the Giddy Up Toddy, the space’s signature cocktail. The main culinary attraction will be interactive outdoor hibachi and use of Japanese charcoal for guests to cook up their own pu-pu platters on personalized handheld grills.
