The 60 room hotel exemplifies contemporary Portuguese design featuring many upscale amenities for R+R and leisure, while also allowing guests to explore the local nature and participate in extreme sports.

Intertwining elegant minimalism and contemporary design, both the exterior and interior feature linear clean lines and a variety of neutral tones and light wood, enriched by touches of bright colours in its accessories and textiles. Independent from the main building of the hotel, five suites embrace a different approach on design, taking inspiration from five of the world’s most predominant artists including Andy Warhol, Almada Negreiros, Salvador Dalí, Diego Valázquez and Vincent Van Gogh.

Hotel Minho features a honey and wine spa concept that embraces the local landscapes with a range of amenities and treatments; the spa uses honey and local raw ingredients used in the region’s signature Vinho Verde in many of its therapeutic offerings. Honey and grapes are incorporated into massages, baths, and exfoliating treatments, utilizing the grape seeds in their whole form, as well as oil extracts.

Hotel Minho's bar stocks the locally produced Vinho Verde, alongside a vast range of signature wines from the region produced by internationally renowned winemakers, and the vineyards are easily accessible from the Hotel during day trips.
