The project was designed by Architect João Armentano, who has been a part of Hotel Unique’s development process for years. With a career spanning 15 years, Armentano’s work in architecture and interior design has awarded him recognition in the industry. His distinctive and unique style is reflected in the new Presidential Suite.
Rooms have been expanded and merged together to create larger spaces and glass frames have replaced walls for the walk-in closet and bathroom. The flooring, which mirrors the look of burnt cement, and walls coated with Nero Marquina marble add a touch modernity in contrast to the wooden panels, which bring a warm and cozy feel to the suite. Influenced by the same concept, the furniture has been chosen with both comfort and elegance in mind.
Apart from the exceptional 180-degree view of São Paulo on the Presidential Suite’s private deck and Jacuzzi, guests may choose to enjoy breakfast in the room or at the rooftop Skye Restaurant through an exclusive access door. Amenities for suite guests include Lanvin products and a 50-minute relaxation session at Sala Spa Caudalies.
Upon reaching the Presidential Suite, guests may toast with complimentary Le Grande Dame Champagne and a selection of cheese prepared by chef Emmanuel Bassoleil. The fridge is stocked daily with refreshing Evian and Bodoi water bottles as well as coconut water, and a selection of Nespresso coffee is readily available. Turndown services offer exclusive sweets for guests to enjoy.
During their stay, guests are offered packing and unpacking services, ironing of two items of clothing per day and a luxury car to take them through the city.
