The April 11 dinner is a very special event featuring Winemaker Mark Lyon of Sebastiani Vineyards & Winery, at his last dinner under the Sebastiani label. The winery, founded in Sonoma in 1904, produces beautiful single-vineyard and sub-appellation wines. Savor four pours including the Gravel Bed Red 2013, which received a 96 score from Robert Parker. The seasonal menu includes Seared Hawaiian Tuna, Grilled Asparagus Salad, Herb Roasted Wagyu Beef Striploin and Braised Short Rib, and Chocolate Cheesecake with cherry compote. Renowned Chef Charles Wiley and Winemaker Mark Lyon will discuss the evening's fare. The event starts at 6:30 p.m. and costs $68 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
