Hotel Valley Ho Welcomes Frog’s Leap for California Wine Dinner

ZuZu is pairing incredible California wines with four courses at the next Monday Night Chef’s Table on August 27.

Each month inside the retro-chic Hotel Valley Ho in Old Town Scottsdale, Arizona, executive chef Russell LaCasce and the special guest will guide you through off-menu courses with beverage pairings.

The August dinner features a selection from Frog’s Leap Winery, known for its organically grown grapes, traditional winemaking techniques and beautiful wines. Savor cabbage cured salmon, charred jumbo asparagus with prosciutto and lobster, dry aged pork chop, and chocolate pot de crème with almond crumble.
