Grand Aspen Resort Condominium Association board of directors and owners have announced The Aspen Mountain Residences, a reintroduction and rebranding of the property formerly known as the Hyatt Grand Aspen.
Located in the center of Aspen’s “front-row,” steps from Aspen’s iconic Ajax Mountain and its gondola, The Aspen Mountain Residences are private fractional condominium accommodations ranging from studios through four-bedroom units, all with fireplaces and private balconies offering front row panoramic mountain views, well-appointed kitchens, spa tubs and steam showers.
High-touch guest services include dedicated concierge, ski valet, bike and sport rental, and additional resort amenities include outdoor pool, shared and private hot tubs and Aspen’s well known Silver Circle ice rink, a cherished wintertime gathering place for owners and the Aspen community.
