Ibiza Gran Hotel returns for the 2026 season on 22 April, offering a refined Mediterranean retreat overlooking Ibiza’s marina and the old town of Dalt Vila. The island’s landmark independent five-star art hotel reopens with newly reimagined suites, enhanced gastronomy and immersive wellness experiences that capture the evolving spirit of the White Isle. Located on Ibiza’s Golden Mile, the hotel sits just steps from the island’s leading restaurants, cultural venues and nightlife, while offering panoramic harbour views and a calm retreat from the island’s vibrant social scene. The hotel’s 187 art-filled suites combine contemporary Mediterranean design, curated artworks and expansive terraces, creating a refined base from which to explore Ibiza.
Newly Designed Deluxe Suites
For the 2026 season, Ibiza Gran Hotel introduces thirteen newly renovated Deluxe Suites on the fifth floor, each spanning 95m². Designed with a fluid open-plan layout, the suites connect living space, bedroom, walk-in wardrobe and spacious bathroom, opening onto generous terraces with sweeping marina and sea views. Interiors blend natural Mediterranean materials and contemporary craftsmanship: bush-hammered Cenia stone flooring, off-white limewashed walls and warm oak accents create a calming palette, complemented by bespoke furniture, sculptural minibars and tasteful design accents.
A Culinary Destination
Ibiza Gran Hotel returns as one of the island’s leading dining destinations. La Gaia by Óscar Molina, awarded a Michelin star, leads the gastronomic offering with a menu celebrating Ibizan produce and Mediterranean flavours through a contemporary culinary lens. Alongside La Gaia sits Musa Bar, a sophisticated cocktail bar inspired by 1970s aesthetics and featuring original works by photographer Tony Keeler. The hotel is also home to internationally renowned restaurants Zuma Ibiza and Cipriani Ibiza, two of the island’s most sought-after dining addresses. Meanwhile, the celebrated The Grand Breakfast continues to draw guests each morning, with more than 400 delicacies crafted by chef Óscar Molina and his team. After dark, guests can step into Ibiza’s nightlife scene with Chinois Ibiza, known for world-class DJs and immersive entertainment, or Socialista Ibiza, a Cuban-inspired private members’ lounge where evenings take on a playful Caribbean atmosphere.
Wellness and Island Experiences
The hotel’s Open Spa remains a sanctuary for guests seeking deep relaxation, with defined areas for personalised rituals, hydrotherapy, fitness and beauty, plus an Aqua Spa water circuit with whirlpool baths, hammam, sauna and ice lounge that offers a counterpoint to Ibiza’s energetic social scene. Complementing this, the new The Gran Run Club introduces a social, endorphin-led way for guests to explore the island together; and a wide selection of bespoke experiences – from private yacht charters and vineyard visits to tailored wellness journeys – showcase a quieter, more contemplative side of Ibiza.
