The iconic Badrutt’s Palace Hotel will reopen for the winter season on December 1, 2023. The hotel, which was recently included in the inaugural ranking of the World’s 50 Best Hotels 2023, will welcome guests with alluring new programming, stylish holiday celebrations, a robust culinary offering including first-time Michelin-starred culinary collaborations, the introduction of reservations for the highly anticipated new build debuting in Winter 2024-25 and more.

Unmatched Culinary Offerings: From Danish Michelin-Starred Cuisine to an All-Vegan Residency, this Winter Season is Set to Delight

With eleven restaurants, two bars and one nightclub on property, Badrutt’s Palace Hotel showcases its culinary excellence this winter with two exciting pop-ups, along with a variety of seasonal updates and collaborations. The only hotel in Switzerland to offer such high caliber culinary concepts, the property paves the way this season with collaborations including: Jordnær, the two Michelin-starred world-renowned project of admired Danish chef Eric Kragh Vildgaard and his wife Tina Kragh Vildgaard, will partake in a two-month residency at the iconic Badrutt’s Palace Hotel, this winter from December 1, 2023 to February 4, 2024. This will be the first time that Jordnær’s cuisine has been hosted outside of Denmark for two months and this winter, gastronomy aficionados at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel will have the opportunity to experience seafood flare and extravagance with a Danish twist. Additionally, Zurich’s renowned Michelin Guide vegan concept, Restaurant KLE’s winter residency Badrutt’s Palace Hotel will be announced in the coming weeks.

New this season, the staff at Renaissance Bar will be adorned in Armani uniforms and serving an exclusive Armani inspired cocktail. Additionally, Paradiso returns as a destination for mountain comfort food, fun cocktails, and urban beats on top of the world. The mountainside restaurant and club, accessible only by ski or chairlift, is home to an exclusive members-only Gucci Lounge, where members get exclusive access to the designer-outfitted lounge area and unforgettable views.

Returning and celebrating its 60th anniversary is beloved venue King’s Social House, a standout restaurant, bar and nightclub all-in-one helmed by the prolific British chef and restaurateur Jason Atherton. For a more intimate, private experience Badrutt’s Palace Hotel’s “secret places,” including the smallest restaurant in St. Moritz located within Chesa Veglia and a historic wine cellar with more than 30,000 bottles including many treasures and rarities and the Krug Stübli experience where an exclusive truffle fondue can be enjoyed with Krug Champagne must not be missed.

A New Build Takes the Stage

This December, reservations will go live for the new build on the property ground, featuring 25 expansive suites set to debut and welcome its first guests in December 2024.
