Immerse Yourself in Sedona’s Art Scene at L’Auberge de Sedona

L’Auberge de Sedona is known to foster intimate connections – to oneself and others – and the resort continues to provide travelers with experiences to enrich their lives and create unforgettable moments.

Sedona is often recognized as one of the best small cities in the country for the arts. According to a 2023 travel trend guide by Veranda, “travel centered around art is poised to replace culinary travel as a leading luxury travel trend.”

At L’Auberge, community connections run deep, and the resort is proud to bring the Sedona art scene to guests through the La Galerie Art Program. In partnership with Sedona’s acclaimed Goldenstein Gallery by Linda Goldenstein, La Galerie allows guests to learn about storied craftsmanship and culture. The program provides opportunities to meet and engage with local artists through Meet the Artists and Artists in Residence offerings and guests are able to enjoy featured art in guestrooms and throughout the property. Additionally, the resort has implemented a rotating theme and collection of curated art, presenting visitors with newly handcrafted works on display as they re-visit.

  • Goldenstein Gallery PartnershipA partnership with art curator Linda Goldenstein of Sedona’s acclaimed Goldenstein Gallery has culminated in an immersive art experience guests can enjoy without ever stepping foot off the property.
  • La Galerie Art Program: L’Auberge brings the Sedona art scene to guests and locals through signature on-property programming like its celebrated La Galerie Art Program. Goldenstein’s exhibits and programming are designed to nourish connections with L’Auberge, Sedona’s exciting art scene and each other in authentic ways.
  • Artists in Residence: The Artist in Residence program is reflective of Sedona’s unique artist community. In addition to curating a collection of local artwork that can be enjoyed throughout L’Auberge, this program offers guests the opportunity to interact with local artists working on their masterpieces on property – whether it be within the welcoming lobby or along the banks of Oak Creek. Artist in Residence brings a wide variety of art mediums and styles to the guest experience, ranging from pointillism and jewelry making, to clay and wax sculpting for bronze casting. Watch and interact with the artists as they paint, sculpt, and craft their treasured pieces.
  • Meet the Artists: Meet renowned artists and learn more about their art – from multimedia, impressionist and pointillist painting to clay and wax sculpting for bronze casting. Each week, guests can watch artists at work and ask any questions regarding the art, the artist, or Sedona’s expansive art scene.
  • Slow Art Day (April 15): Founded in 2010, Slow Art Day is a global event with a simple mission: help more people discover for themselves the joy of looking at and loving art. Join Goldenstein Gallery on April 15th in person or throughout L'Auberge to observe up to 5 art pieces slowly. When people look slowly at a piece of art they make discoveries and the most important discovery they make is that they can see and experience art without an expert (or expertise) – unlocking passion and creativity.
