InterContinental David Tel Aviv Adds New Offerings and Enhancements

InterContinental David Tel Aviv, a modern oasis in the heart of the city, has introduced new exceptional culinary and family-friendly experiences to its already robust list of hotel amenities and on-property programming.

Culinary offerings, from fine dining concept nōmi to premier cocktail bar SPICE by Spicehaus, spotlight the very best of Israeli creativity and hospitality in an urban resort setting. For guests traveling with children, the family-friendly hotel has a series of tailored amenities that promise to relax and entertain guests both young and young at heart.

New Culinary & Cocktail Concepts

Located within an open terrace adjacent, nōmi embraces Israel’s diverse cultures and precise culinary approach featuring Israeli ingredients from land and sea. Amidst elegant, modern settings, Chef Matan Ben David brings a cross-cultural experience that explores the talents, tastes and tales of Israeli fine dining. An aromatic medley of the senses and flavors, dishes include Roasted Herb-Scented Goose Breast, Seared Grouper Fillet and Scallop Kohlrabi. Also amongst the tables at nōmi is a piano, bringing a harmonious energy to the space.

Behind a curtain adjacent to the lobby is SPICE by Spicehaus, a unique, intimate bar in partnership with the renowned Spicehaus, blending high-quality Eastern and Western spices for incredible libations. Artfully crafted by Yotam Shilo, a fixture in Tel Aviv’s cocktail scene, SPICE resembles old-world apothecaries and offers a bevy of innovative mixology techniques to tout Tel Aviv’s flavors amidst a design of deep reds and brown tones. Cocktails are whimsical with unexpected ingredients including the Clear and Spicy, tequila, agave, lime, and sichuan peppers, Mediterranean Made, anise, chartreuse, ginger, and lime, and the Truffle & Coffee martini, vodka, black truffles, Grana Padano, and espresso. The sensory journey continues with Chef Matan Ben David’s menu of tapas that complements each cocktail.

Revamped Family-Friendly Offerings

As a family-friendly hotel, InterContinental David Tel Aviv has revamped their children’s amenities to ensure that even the youngest guests have a memorable stay.

The interactive check-in and check-out process has been made to ensure children can also take part in the excitement – from complimentary poolside popsicles to an extensive booklet guided by the hotel’s unofficial family mascot, Dubi, an oversized plush teddy bear, who highlights enjoyable activities around Tel Aviv, from water parks to safaris and museums to a weekly guided Neve Tzedek tour and much more. Dubi makes an appearance throughout the property, surprising families at every corner.

Located on the second floor, the kids club offers various activities to keep busy, including a game room with video and board games for the whole family to enjoy.  The hotel also features a children’s pool and dedicated kids menus. The shallow pool provides an enclosed, shaded refuge conveniently situated on the second floor open daily. When it comes to the menu, an array of Israeli and American fare satisfies even the pickiest eaters - all available throughout the restaurants, pool bars, buffet area, lobby and room service. Additionally, InterContinental David Tel Aviv recently debuted a new Family Lounge, encouraging families to rest, relax, and recharge together.
