This makes InterContinental Hong Kong the first InterContinental Hotel & Resort globally to achieve the exclusive 5-star ranking by the prestigious Forbes Travel Guide.

Since the company's founding in 1958 as the Mobil Travel Guide, Forbes Travel Guide's Five-Star and Four-Star ratings designations have been the gold standard for hospitality excellence.

InterContinental Hong Kong is one of only 76 Five-Star Hotels globally. InterContinental Hong Kong is showcased with all of the 2013 award winners on Startle.com, the online home of Forbes Travel Guide.
