SPOON by Alain Ducasse, Yan Toh Heen and THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill, with a total of four Michelin stars – giving the hotel the distinction of having three Michelin star restaurants under one roof for the second year in a row.

SPOON by Alain Ducasse - Two Michelin stars for the third consecutive year

SPOON by Alain Ducasse first opened in October 2003, beginning the trend of other world famous chefs setting up restaurants in the city. Headed by Executive Chef Philippe Duc, who has worked with Alain Ducasse for over 14 years, the restaurant features contemporary French cuisine inspired by Alain Ducasse, one of the world's most celebrated chefs.

Yan Toh Heen - One Michelin star for the fifth consecutive year
With a stunning new look following its recent renovation, Yan Toh Heen is recognized as one of the world's finest Chinese restaurants specializing in fine Cantonese cuisine. Executive Chef Lau Yiu Fai, who has been with the restaurant since it opened in 1984, and his team prepare exquisite Cantonese cuisine, using only the finest and freshest seasonal produce, refined Chinese cooking methods with a creative modern presentation. The restaurant now features dramatic décor inspired by a refined, contemporary Chinese residence with Jade accents.

THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill - One Michelin star for the second consecutive year

THE STEAK HOUSE winebar + grill is a haven for meat lovers with prime cuts of the world's finest meat, seared to perfection on Hong Kong's only charcoal grill. It also boasts an elaborate salad bar and an eclectic selection of condiments including twelve specially blended mustards and eight exotic rock salts. Chef Calvin Choi has been with the hotel since 2003.
