Introducing Baccarat Hotel New York's Summer Garden Terrace, Le Jardin Celebrating Centuries of Art De Vivre

This summer, Baccarat Hotel New York debuts a newly-inspired garden terrace, Le Jardin, in collaboration with LOUIS XIII Cognac, Champagne Telmont, and Julia Rosa Floral Design House. The sensory outdoor experience celebrates centuries of Art de Vivre where champagne sparkles, cognac is savored, florals are fragrant, and bites are elevated, with every detail paying homage to timeless joie de vivre and living beautifully.

A Garden Terrace in Full Bloom

Le Jardin has been transformed into an intimate garden retreat set above the bustling streets of midtown. A striking garden wall blooms with ivory, blush, and champagne-hued roses, accented by touches of pale peach, deep red, sunset tones, and soft blue hydrangea. Trailing grapevines, climbing ivy, and cascading foliage instill a sense of summer serenity, while planters filled with honeysuckle, jasmine, chamomile, orange blossoms, and delicate white florals enhance the elegant environment.

Ultra-Premium Spirits and Sparkling Sips

An oversized mantle serves as a focal point, displaying bottles of LOUIS XIII Cognac, with crystal elements thoughtfully interwoven throughout the space, catching the light and adding subtle sparkles. Bespoke details elevate the experience further, including a customized Champagne Telmont cart offering pours of its sustainably crafted Reserve de la terre, Reserve Rose and Blanc de Noirs 2014 champagne by the glass. The cart was created exclusively for the terrace to encourage lingering over cocktails and conversation.

Crafted from the House’s most precious eaux-de-vie from Cognac Grande Champagne grapes and aged for decades in French Limousin oak tierçons, LOUIS XIII brings its signature expression of time and savoir-faire to the flagship hotel. Guests will discover LOUIS XIII Cognac offerings and Champagne Telmont in a welcoming open-air setting reflective of a colorful garden landscape.

In the adjacent Baccarat Hotel bar, luxury spirit connoisseurs can also enjoy the extremely rare LOUIS XIII RARE CASK 42.1 By the Glass. This treasured tasting is available at $4,000 for a 1 oz. pour. RARE CASK 42.1 is crafted by Cellar Master Baptiste Loiseau and is a result of the unpredictable wonder of time and nature. The black Baccarat crystal decanter it is housed in is recognized as a true masterpiece of craftsmanship.

Elevated Bites
Complementing the setting is an elevated menu of light fare and gourmet bites, designed to pair with Le Jardin’s curated beverage offerings. Guests can indulge in inspired delicacies such as Gougères with Smoked Salmon Rillette, Prime Angus Beef Tartare, artisanal cheese and charcuterie selections, and traditional caviar service.

Le Jardin’s celebration of centuries of art de vivre is open nightly from 4 pm through the early fall. For additional information and to reserve a table in Le Jardin, please visit HERE
