Introducing Bahamas' Most Privileged Private Island

Introducing Bahamas' Most Privileged Private Island
Royal Island is a pristine 430-acre Bahamian sanctuary with casually elegant living space designed for true island luxury - certain to become one of the world's most desired hideaways.

Previously accessible by invitation only, Cuvée Escapes is now offering this private island experience exclusively through rental. The experience incorporates cuisine prepared by a premiere private chef, a fitness pavilion and beach club with pool, and dining and lounging areas.

Royal Island embraces the exquisite natural surroundings with five beach-front villas each offering 1,500 sq. ft. of indoor and outdoor living space. The surrounding waters invite guests to pursue the elusive bonefish with the islands' state-of-the-art fishing equipment. Private jet skis, kayaks, paddleboards, along with the opportunity for windsurfing, snorkeling, spear fishing and more, are at-hand for guests at no additional cost. With more than 400 acres to explore, guests can mountain bike or hike the elevated terrain; visit a nearby sand bar for a picnic, cocktails or sunbathing; and in the evening, enjoy live music, a moonlight cinema, a sunset cocktail cruise, or simply sit by the fire pit on the beach.

The nightly rate, from $9,500, includes exclusive access to the island for up to 10 adults or 14 guests, day and night activities, water sports and private chef services. Day trips to Nassau or nearby Harbour Island and deep sea fishing trips can be arranged at local prevailing rates.

Royal Island is located just 4 miles off of North Eleuthera and 40 miles northeast of Nassau. Guests fly into North Eleuthera airport (ELH) where they will be greeted by Royal Island staff who will transfer guests to the Island via a 15-minute ride on the Royal Treatment yacht. Commercial flights are available from Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Nassau.
