Introducing Villa Captiva, St. Barts – An Exclusive Luxury Private Villa Sanctuary

Villa Captiva, St. Barts is an ultra-luxury beachfront property for guests seeking ultimate privacy and seclusion, as well as tropical tranquillity.  Nestled in Marigot Bay, this stunning sanctuary, which is fast becoming a favourite with UHNW’s and the A list, is a fusion of French sophistication with laid back Caribbean culture.

Whether guests are looking to relax, entertain friends or family, or celebrate a special occasion, this idyllic private estate offers an unforgettable escape. It is a low-key luxury experience for anyone seeking a secluded retreat on one of the Caribbean’s most exclusive islands.

Positioned between verdant beautifully landscaped gardens and the sparkling turquoise sea, Villa Captiva is split across several fully air-conditioned levels, with gathering areas that flow seamlessly from indoors to out.

Accommodating up to 16 guests across five separate elegantly styled bungalow suites, each Villa is discreetly placed, offering private living spaces and outdoor terraces for maximum privacy. Families with little ones are catered for with one of the bungalows incorporating a connecting children’s room.

The main house features additional spacious, shared areas for entertainment with indoor and outdoor dining areas. It includes a state-of-the-art open-plan kitchen complete with a wine cellar, living room and fully equipped fitness centre, all designed so guests can gather and socialise together or enjoy their own private space. High-speed Wi-Fi covers the entire estate, and an office is also located in the main house.

The estate boasts direct access to the sea with its own private and secluded white sandy beach – a rarity on St. Barts and access to Marigot Bay via a personal pontoon. Active guests can make use of the beachside pavilion and bar, and dive straight into the crystal blue water. They can also make use of the water sport equipment such as kayaks and paddleboards, or snorkel in the quiet cove where they can enjoy encounters with local marine life including the inquisitive sea turtles.

Alternatively, guests can choose to simply relax and let the sun’s rays wash over them by the heated infinity pool, which offers uninterrupted and breathtaking views of sea-to-sky Caribbean blue.

The villa offers an extensive range of wellbeing and wellness experiences to help guests truly unwind and recharge. Channel your inner zen with sunrise yoga or enjoy a bespoke session with a personal instructor. Guests can also enjoy a massage on the terrace in the cooling breeze, or revitalizing spa treatments in the comfort of their own villa.

Dining at Villa Captiva is a memorable experience in itself, with a dedicated private chef creating gourmet alfresco options tailored to suit every occasion and dietary requirement. A chilled aperitif can be enjoyed on the poolside patio before moving to the upper terrace for relaxed or formal dining. Intimate dining can also be arranged at the beach, under sunny or starry skies.

Despite its secluded setting, Villa Captiva is within easy reach of the Island’s nightlife with its ultra-chic bars, exclusive night clubs and world class restaurants, so guests can easily explore and dip into island life if desired. Wander the boutique designer shop-lined streets of Gustavia, the island’s capital and main town and enjoy an après at sunset.
