Kicking off Ski Season with Luxurious Offerings from the Rockies to the Alps

Amangani, Jackson Hole

To celebrate the milestone 50th anniversary of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort, Amangani will offer its guests the exclusive complimentary use of Foil Skis; handmade, elegant performance skis by family-owned Foil. Originating from Northern Italy, each Foil ski is a true work of art offering a completely different skiing experience and this is the first time the skis will be available at a US ski resort. Amangani guests will have access to the use of the Riserva (slalom) and the Classico (all-mountain) skis in the comfort of the Amangani Ski Lounge at the base of the Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and will be amongst the first in the US to experience these handcrafted skis. The resort will also host a series of Italian-inspired evenings throughout the season featuring wine and cheese tastings for skiers to enjoy after a day on the slopes. The skis will debut at Amangani on December 28, 2015 and will be available throughout the winter season.



The Resort at Paws Up, Montana

Paws Up has expanded their luxury ranch experience to include an exclusive ski trip featuring a private mountainside home at the stunning Whitefish Mountain Resort. It’s Paws Up on the mountain - designed, outfitted and staffed in true luxury resort style complete with private ski and adventure guides, butler, driver and chef. First up: the 37,000-acre Paws Up and winter adventures such as snowmobiling, dogsledding, horseback riding and sleigh rides. Enjoy exquisite cuisine, creative holiday spa treatments, and one of the resort’s private home accommodations. The resort will then whisk Ranch + Ski guests off to Whitefish Mountain Resort to a private mountainside chalet, complete with a personal ski butler and guide. The Ranch + Ski package includes accommodations on a Paws Up luxury home and the Whitefish chalet, winter adventures every day, roundtrip airport transfers, helicopter transfer to Whitefish (at an additional fee), personal ski butler, daily lift tickets and ski equipment, private guide/instructor, in-home chef at the Whitefish chalet, and private drivers. Rates start at $975 per person based on party of four (December 15 - February 28).



Le Melezin, Courchevel

This renowned, intimate ski retreat re-opens for the season on December 17 with a first-ever room type perfect for families. Le Melezin's three "family suites" encompass two bedrooms and offer the ultimate upscale family ski experience, right on the renowned Courcheval mountainside. Families can book the 2016 Ski Privilege Pass which includes shuttle service throughout the Courchevel village, daily lift passes, and daily breakfast and dinner. Located in Courchevel 1850 in the French Alps, Aman Le Mélézin offers ski-in, ski-out facilities directly onto the Bellecôte piste, as well as access to the groomed pistes of the world’s largest ski area, Les Trois Vallées. The hotel offers elegant oak-panelled interiors, refined French dining and extensive après-ski facilities, including the Aman Spa.
