Kids Eat Stay and Play for Free at San Diego's Paradise Point Resort
During the entire month of October 2014, families with children can enjoy special deals at Paradise Point, by Destination Hotels & Resorts, and at many of San Diego's world-class attractions.

The 3rd Annual Kids Free San Diego Month offers a variety of incentives for families visiting San Diego, ranging from kids complimentary attraction admissions and museum entry, to free meals and tours.

Consistently rated one of the top family destinations in North America, San Diego is a hub for premier family attractions, abundant arts and culture, fun eateries and popular activities likes surfing, sailing and golf. Paradise Point Resort, located on picturesque Mission Bay, is the ideal place to experience the best of San Diego on a 44-acre island retreat amidst lush tropical gardens, tranquil lagoons and one mile of private sandy beaches.

This fall, the resort is inviting families to take advantage of Kids Free Month with their “Kids Play Free on Land & Sea” package, offered throughout September and October. This fun family package includes a free stay for kids in one of Paradise Point's bungalow-style rooms, a one-hour bike rental, and one-hour kayak or stand-up paddleboard rental so they can explore Mission Bay two ways. Kids also eat free off the kids' 3-course menu when dining with adults at Tidal, the resort's new signature waterfront restaurant by renowned chef Amy DiBiase. To turn up the fun, families can also take advantage of the resort's five tropical pools, Surf Academy, 18-hole putting golf course, kid-friendly spa treatments, full-service marina, beach bonfire pits for roasting s'mores, and fleet of beach cruisers, quadracycles and Segways.

Paradise Point's central location makes the resort a perfect home base for visiting all of San Diego's other participating October kids free attractions on land and sea. On land, families can explore first-rate attractions like the San Diego Zoo and the Reuben H. Fleet Science Center, both offering free admissions to children under 11 when accompanied by an adult. Accompanied kids are also free to enter the USS Midway Museum and world-famous SeaWorld San Diego marine theme park for a taste of life at sea. Those hoping to see the city by both land and sea can hop aboard the San Diego SEAL Adventure Tour, an amphibious vehicle that transforms from trolley to boat exploring the city's most exciting areas.

More than 100 San Diego family attractions, museums, restaurants and transportation companies are offering free kids admission this October. For a complete list of deals, visit www.sandiego.org/kidsfree.
