Inspired by Raya’s Pan-Latin cuisine, Executive Chef Brian Sundeen presents a selection of tapas-style tasting dishes including Piloncillo Prawns, Sea Bass Ceviche and Braised Goat Tacos.
Throughout the evening, representatives from each of the wineries will share their stories and experiences and discuss tasting notes for their wine selection. Representatives include Alvaro Alvarez Parilla with Alximia, Jared Guiterrez with Bodega Santo Tomas, Ignacio Delgadillo, Jr. of Delgadillo Cellars, Jorge Maciel with Cava Maciel, Fernando Pérez Castro of La Carrodilla, Kristin and Adam Shute of Lechuza, Ana Maria Ceseña with Monte Xanic, Luis Robledo with Robledo Family Winery, and Phil and Eileen Gregory of Vena Cava.
