Le Bar du Bristol and La Maison du Chocolate Sweeten Up Summer

Le Bar du Bristol and La Maison du Chocolate Sweeten Up Summer
La Maison du Chocolat Master Chef Nicolas Cloiseau and Le Bar du Bristol Head Barman Maxime Hoerth collaborate to shake up summer with a new collection of bold and flavorful chocolate cocktails and cocktail-inspired chocolates topped off with a creative twist. Hoerth, named Best Barman and Craftsman in France by Meilleur Ouvrier de France in 2011, brings some of the intoxicating flavors, colors and creativity from his unique cocktails at Le Bar du Bristol to Chef Cloiseau's legendary chocolate creations for a menu of delicate indulgence.

The cocktail collection from this award-winning, talented duo embodies Cloiseau and Hoerth's creative spirit, offering a medley of juices, fruits, tea and dark chocolate ganache infusions with a milk chocolate twist. The Spirited Cocktails Collection is available at Le Bar du Bristol, menu available upon request.

Le Bristol chocolate

Those unable to make it to Paris this summer may still experience a taste of Le Bristol in New York. La Maison du Chocolat has four separate boutiques in Manhattan offering a collection of cocktail-infused chocolates from Cloiseau and Hoerth available for purchase. Now through the end of August, two different sized boxes will showcase five chocolate creations featuring the unique cocktail flavors offered at Le Bar du Bristol. Among the collection includes the Faubourg (dark chocolate ganache enrobed in milk, passion fruit juice, mango puree, Bourbon vanilla) and the So Bristol (dark chocolate ganache with an infusion of Earl Gray tea and dried elderberry flowers, fresh lime juice and pink grapefruit). Perfect for a gift for a loved one or friend from two top brands!
