Holding a BTS diploma in Hotel & Catering from La Rochelle, Papet has experienced a unique career with some of the most prestigious hotels worldwide. She was a receptionist at the Pierre in New York City and floor housekeeper at the Four Seasons in Mexico City and later joined the human resources team at George V in Paris. Soon after, she worked in the reservations department at George V before joining the concierge team.

Papet joined Le Bristol in 2011 as Assistant Head Concierge and has recently been appointed to Head Concierge as a result of her exceptional professionalism. Driven by a passion for her expertise, she continues to provide Le Bristol customers with luxurious services while managing a team of 12 associates. As Head Concierge, she will be the privileged contact for all guests before, during and after their stay at the hotel. Papet and her team continually demonstrate their proficiency to serve prestigious guests, understand their needs, and always achieve the impossible.
