Le Bristol Paris Celebrates 90th Birthday

Le Bristol Paris Celebrates 90th Birthday
Since its opening Le Bristol Paris has known only two owners, the Jammets and the Oetkers, who, since 1978, have shared the same vision of luxury hotels and have sought to make Le Bristol Paris a benchmark in the art of living and French savoir-faire.

From the very beginning, room service was offered to every guest via a dumbwaiter system and a maître d’ was stationed on every floor. The son of a restaurateur, Jammet had an excellent knowledge of fine products and attached great importance to the quality of the cuisine served in the hotel. Le Bristol Paris has since outdone itself in this regard, as the only Parisian hotel with four Michelin stars—three for its gastronomic restaurant, Epicure, and another for the stylish 114 Faubourg brasserie.

Led by Chef Eric Frechon, Le Bristol Paris is proud to include six Meilleurs Ouvriers de France Best Craftsman of France) among the ranks of its culinary team: Chef Eric Frechon and Executive Chef Franck Leroy, Maîtres d’s Frederic Kaiser and Kevin Chambenoit, and Barmen Maxime Hoerth and Alexis Tawfiq.

To celebrate this remarkable milestone Le Bristol Paris will be hosting six grand events between July and October. The six events will be representative of six journeys back in time to reveal the soul of Le Bristol Paris including a brunch, a day of well-being, a Bastille Day Guinguette celebration, an evening cocktail and a gala dinner, all reviving the famous Roaring Twenties spirit from when the hotel was born. All festivities will begin with Le Bristol’s famous Garden Party.
