Class is in session during Spirited Sipping Seminars at Hearth ’61 inside Mountain Shadows, the sleek new boutique resort in Paradise Valley, Arizona, just ten minutes from Old Town Scottsdale. On select Saturdays from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m., the bar’s beverage experts will take you on a journey through the wonderful world of wine, beer and spirits. With multiple classes per month, there is something to suit every taste. Just a few of the upcoming classes include Fernet & Friends on February 23, Rye: Bourbon’s Smarter, Cooler Cousin on March 23, and The Wondrous World of Scotch on April 20, among others.
