lebua Hotels and Resorts has properties in Bangkok and New Zealand. The 400-room property will be located in Dwarka in West Delhi. Food and beverage offerings will include a high-end, authentic Indian restaurant with a Michelin-starred Indian chef. Signature lebua restaurants from the Bangkok flagship, Mezzaluna, Sirocco and Breeze, will open in the hotel following the soft launch in December. The company is also looking into a resort hotel in Punjab, a hotel in Mumbai and destination restaurants in Sydney, Hong Kong, London and invitation-only chateaux in France.
