L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, the discreet five-star retreat renowned for its residential elegance, announces the debut of its reimagined rooftop: home to The Arhaus Terrace—created in partnership with Arhaus, the luxury home furnishings brand beloved for its artisan-crafted furniture and décor—and Poza, a new open-air lounge concept serving California-inspired bites and cocktails. Once reserved solely for hotel guests, the coveted rooftop destination now welcomes all visitors to savor Beverly Hills’ only 360-degree view, an unrivaled destination where artful design and serene elegance define the experience.
“We’ve reimagined our rooftop as a place of understated elegance and connection—an experience that captures the sophistication of Beverly Hills,” said Frederic Zemmour, General Manager of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills. “With the debut of Poza and The Arhaus Terrace, we’re inviting the local community to experience our rooftop for the first time—a new way to take in the stunning beauty of this iconic neighborhood from sunrise to sunset, in a setting that feels both elevated and distinctly L’Ermitage.”
The Arhaus Terrace
A haven of intentional design and refined tranquility, The Arhaus Terrace is a refined rooftop retreat envisioned in partnership with Arhaus. Nestled within the newly renovated rooftop of L’Ermitage Beverly Hills, the terrace is thoughtfully furnished with selections from Arhaus’ new Outdoor 2025 Collection, each chosen to echo the timeless sophistication of the hotel’s residential interiors. The result is a curated environment that invites connection—whether over cocktails and light fare, or during private gatherings framed by sweeping views of Beverly Hills. As a year-round destination for both intimate celebrations and stylish soirées, The Arhaus Terrace showcases the brand’s commitment to beauty, craftsmanship, and purpose-driven design.
“At Arhaus, we believe in creating beautiful spaces that foster connection, comfort, and a sense of place,” said John Reed, Co-Founder and CEO of Arhaus. “Our partnership with L’Ermitage Beverly Hills represents a shared pursuit of elevated living and meaningful design. The Arhaus Terrace brings that vision to life in an outdoor environment that is both inspiring and timeless, where thoughtful craftsmanship and effortless sophistication come together.”
Poza
Drawing its name from the Spanish word for “pool,” Poza reimagines classic California fare with a fresh, modern twist. An expansive bar anchors and elevates the poolside experience, offering assorted bites and craft cocktails against a backdrop of sweeping Beverly Hills and sunset views. Executive Chef Todd Matthews—whose résumé includes Pendry West Hollywood and Mondrian New York—has crafted a menu that showcases the finest seasonal ingredients from around Southern California and beyond, with menu highlights including bluefin tuna poke, lobster roll, Caesar salad with Brussels sprouts and miso croutons, California sushi roll, and more.
The beverage menu complements the cuisine with a playful yet polished lineup of cocktails and spritzes, along with a curated selection of premium wines by the glass and local craft beers. Signature drinks include the Burton Sunset Spritz with St. Germain, blood orange, and raspberry boba; The 1975, a tropical tribute to the hotel’s founding year; and the Marilyn Spritz, a prosecco-based nod to Hollywood’s golden era.
Poza’s atmosphere is designed not only for relaxed, poolside dining but also for vibrant gatherings and entertainment. With thoughtful programming and seasonal events to come, the rooftop becomes more than a place to dine—it becomes a place to connect, unwind, and return to. Poza is the latest addition to L’Ermitage Beverly Hills’ dining outlets, complementing the coastal Italian-inspired Costa Cova Osteria and Alcova, the refined lobby lounge.
