Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa Reopens for Family Adventure

Located on the idyllic Kiotari Beach on the south-eastern coast of Rhodes, the family-friendly Lindos Imperial Resort & Spa reopens this month and introduces a brand new mobile app, ‘Exclusivi’, to ensure an improved, personalized and safe, contact-free guest experience. Other new measures in place include digital check-ins, a rotating a la carte restaurant service with digital menus and reservations made via the app, temperature checks on arrival, contactless hand sanitizer stations, and a ‘Health First’ ambassador onsite to assist at all times.

Home to four freshwater swimming pools, two children’s pools and an expansive activity pool boasting six waterslides and a multi-slide, as well as an impeccable location on a private soft pebble beach on the Aegean Sea, Lindos Imperial offers fun for the whole family. In line with new Health & Safety protocols, reservation will be mandatory at the beach and pool, and areas of both have been divided according to public, families and the vulnerable to ensure everyone can make use of the fantastic facilities safely. When they’re not playing in the pool, guests can try a range of thrilling water sports such as jet-skiing and kitesurfing, perfect their serve on floodlit tennis courts, or even have a personal training session in the fully equipped gym. Children can enjoy outdoor activities with friends as part of the Mini & Teens Clubs (ages 4-12/ 12-16), and there is also beachfront yoga, Pilates and aerobics offered outside daily allowing guests to keep fit in nature.

Beyond the resort, Lindos Imperial is immersed in natural beauty and surrounded by spectacular natural parks and scenery. Adventurous families can try horse-riding, cycling, embark on a guided hiking tour with a member of the Lindos Imperial activity team or try a unique ‘Jeep Safari’ experience where they will be taken off-the-beaten-track in the lush greenery and mountainous terrain of Rhodes. Travelers are invited to head through routes such as Butterfly Valley to witness the natural phenomenon of thousands of colorful butterflies congregating every year amidst the 600-acre nature reserve, Seven Springs boasting verdant woodlands and pine-shaded walking trails, or even the Valley of Salakos for a more challenging route. Those seeking a cultural break can take advantage of historical tours through the UNESCO recognised medieval town of Rhodes, admire the ancient Lindos Acropolis or visit the picturesque village of Embonas for wine-tasting – the center of wine production in Rhodes.

After a day of exploration, the tranquil Evridiki Spa at Lindos Imperial invites relaxation with lavish massages and therapeutic treatments using herbal and plant-based spa products, and there are even junior treatments designed specifically for younger skin, such as the Kids Chocolate Massage, so that the whole family can unwind. By night, restaurants operate on a rotating basis ensuring guests do not miss out on the variety of flavors and cuisine offered from around the world, including traditional Greek, Italian, Mexican and Asian where dishes are prepared using only the freshest and finest local ingredients. There will also be live music and themed entertainment each evening, with the appropriate social distancing measures in place to ensure guests can relax and enjoy the entertainment safely.
