Delivered in partnership with RUUBY Black Label, the wellness service is specifically designed to provide unrivaled bespoke service through the myriad of treatments that are now available to guests.
In each guest room and suite, guests will find an extensive menu of more than 60 health and beauty wellness experiences that can be available 24 hours a day (advanced booking required). Spa treatments include facials by well-known skincare brands Natura Bisse and Merder Beauty, massages, aromatherapy, and reflexology. Beauty focused treatments include tanning, manicures, pedicures, hair removal, eyelash extensions, blow-drying and makeovers, perfect for guests staying at the hotel to celebrate special occasions or to simply enjoy some relaxing down time. Also available are physical health sessions like personal training, yoga and Pilates. To schedule a service guests call reception to arrange an appointment for the treatment they desire. Therapists and technicians from RUUBY Black Label then meet guests in their rooms for their exclusive wellness experience at the time of their appointment.

With the exception of facials during peak hours, the prices of each treatment are all the same and charged at an hourly rate depending on the time of day. Rates start at 105GBP per hour.
