The Gold Room, located within the iconic Lotte New York Palace, has just unveiled its NEW “Art of the Martini” menu, a collection of eight expertly crafted, unique martini cocktails created with an assortment of premium liquors. With the slowdown of the pandemic, the team at Lotte New York Palace has witnessed the resurgence of both New York Nightlife. This new menu is the Palace’s homage to a classic New York night out.
Inspired by the Gilded Age, when nightlife, opulence and luxury hit a new peak, this menu has something for everyone. Featuring some of the finest liquors – including Nolet’s Reserve Gin in “The Reserve” martini ($250) – the hotel has put their own spin on and created eight martinis featuring classic liquors such as vodka and gin, to tequila and soju (an ode to Lotte’s Korean roots).
Appropriately served inside the two-story Renaissance-style Gold Room bar, the Art of the Martini menu is available for guests to sip under dramatic gilt ceilings, walls and wainscoting, as well as a suspended balcony, where they’ll be transported to the Gilded Age.
