The iconic Lotte New York Palace’s reservation-only and intimate rare wine & spirits lounge, Rarities is now serving the extremely rare Bowmore 1969, that last of Bowmore Islay Single Malt Scotch Whisky's 50-year vault series. Rarities is the only on-premise location in the United States serving the rare scotch whisky, which runs at $42,000 per bottle – or $5,000 per serving.

Of the 339 bottles of Bowmore 1969 produced, 19 were distributed to the US, and only one bottle is served on-premise. Rarities and Bowmore have a very special, ongoing relationship, as Rarities and Lotte New York Palace serve the most Bowmore Islay Scotch Whisky in New York State. Rarities is honored to be able to serve the Bowmore 1969 and welcomes guests lucky enough to get a reservation to try the incredibly rare spirit.
