Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens

Conveniently located 25 kilometres (16 miles) south of Athens and 24 kilometres (15 miles) from the Athens airport in the area of Vouliagmeni along a pristine shoreline of the Aegean coast, the new Hotel will bring Four Seasons signature service to Greece for the first time. The St. Regis Amman

Jordan will welcome its first St. Regis Hotels property in 2018 with the opening of the St. Regis Amman. Opening May 1, 2018, it will offer 260 guestrooms and serviced apartments in a multi-tower complex surrounding a central courtyard for an arrival experience which will frame views of the capital. Rosewood Miramar Beach Montecito will open in 2018 approximately 80 miles northwest of Los Angeles within the county of Santa Barbara. Montecito is renowned for its stunning landscape, pleasant year-round climate and spectacular residential architecture. The resort will be located on the site of the former Miramar Beach Hotel, an important landmark in the local community, and will serve as a world-class destination. Spread over nearly 16 acres of prime beachfront real estate, the resort will offer 124 guestrooms and 37 suites, many of which will be located in single-story cottages and bungalows. The resort’s private beach is considered to be one of the most beautiful and secluded beaches in Santa Barbara. NoMad Los Angeles

Originally built in the 1920s as the headquarters for The Bank of Italy, the building’s gold and blue Italianate lobby ceiling has been fully restored and serves as inspiration throughout.
