Luxury Hotels Introducing Exclusive In-house Liquors
As more and more guests arrive with an elevated knowledge of spirits and a deep fascination with craft cocktails, these hotels are using their exclusive liquors to create inventive craft cocktails that highlight the spirits' unique flavors and offer a more uniquely local bar experience.

The renowned bar at Rosewood Inn of the Anasazi in Santa Fe, NM has partnered with the Southwest's pre-eminent artisan distillery, Santa Fe Spirits, to create an exclusive single barrel whiskey for the Anasazi Bar and Lounge (pictured). The hotel's talented bartenders have developed new craft cocktails using the new spirit, including the Anasazi Manhattan, which features the Anasazi's Colkegan Single Barrel Whiskey, vermouth, Angostura bitters and cherries, highlighting the whiskey's smoky apple flavor.

Located in the famous Bourbon Country of Kentucky, Proof on Main in the 21C Museum Hotel offers exclusive barrels of Woodford Reserve and Van Winkle, which are brewed just an hour away from the hotel. These unique bourbons are showcased in the bar's changing cocktail menus inspired by the seasons and current museum exhibits.

The Grand Hyatt San Francisco has partnered with the Bay Area-based distillery Charbay to create the OneUp whiskey, a 138-proof whiskey aged in a chardonnay oak barrel for 22 months. This specially crafted whiskey is served in an authentic flask offering guests a special drinking experience designed to emphasize the liquor's full bodied aroma.
