Magnifica Air launches Private Class — a new category in aviation that bridges private and commercial travel to redefine what it means to fly well.
Launching in 2027, Magnifica Air’s Private Class merges the intimacy and personalization of private jet travel with the consistency, safety, and scale of commercial operations. With a mission to make travelers feel good about flying again, Magnifica introduces a fully reimagined, carbon-neutral journey designed around wellness, purpose, and experience.
The bespoke fleet of Airbus A220-300 and A321neo aircraft, delivered through Air Lease Corporation, completed in partnership with VIP cabin outfitter Comlux and FBO specialist Sky Harbor, will each carry just 45–54 guests and feature 2–4 private suites alongside handcrafted recliners. The A321neo is configured for longer-haul routes (4 suites), while the A220-300 serves mid-haul routes (2 suites).
Guests will arrive just 30 minutes before departure to private terminals, with white-glove baggage handling and TSA-approved screening inside the lounge. In flight, suites and recliners offer privacy, curated dining, and predictive service design, while world-class air purification technology by Aviation Clean Air (ACA) sets a new benchmark for comfort and wellbeing. On arrival, baggage is delivered within 10–15 minutes, chauffeurs are waiting curbside, and guests may refresh in lounges before onward journeys.
Sustainability is central to Magnifica Air’s design: the airline will be carbon-neutral at launch, integrating more than 7 million gallons of Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF) annually, supported by solar-powered lounges and a robust offset program. Backed by CIG Companies, a $150 million renewable energy fund, Magnifica embodies the future of responsible luxury travel.
At the heart of this vision sits The Seven Club, Magnifica Air’s private membership community — uniting travelers who value culture, connection, and consistency. Designed for a new era of aviation, the club reflects a deeper sense of purpose and is tailored for those who move through the world with intention, aiming to get the most out of their journey. Members gain priority access, fixed-rate pricing, and exclusive invitations to curated experiences that extend beyond the skies, from Art Basel to The Masters.
From its Florida base, Magnifica Air will initially connect Miami, New York, Los Angeles, Dallas, Houston, and the Bay Area, with seasonal routes to Napa Valley and the Caribbean. Alongside scheduled service, Magnifica will also offer VIP charters and curated “experience trips,” continuing its mission to make every flight an arrival.
